Fully registered and licensed with the BRE, we undertake work from single dwellings for the private developer up to 100+ unit schemes for major international house builders. As experts in the Code, we have undertaken Daylighting Calculations for hundreds of dwellings using our own in-house calculation tools. Our tool is more sophisticated than the BRE template tool, and so we can often get extra credits that other assessors cannot.
